Do you offer a transfer service to and from the hotel?
Yes, we offer a transfer service to and from the airport, train station and other local destinations. The all-inclusive cost is €50 per person, or €70 if you are travelling alone. You can book the transfer directly with us at the time of booking or contact us for more information and availability. Can I bring my car to the island?
Yes, it is possible to board and drive your car on the island. However, residents of Campania are NOT allowed.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, we have free parking available for our guests!
What is the closest beach?
The closest beach is the bay of Sorgeto, just 200 meters from our hotel, reachable on foot in 5/10 minutes. It is a pebble beach with hot thermal water to be reached via steps.
Do you offer a shuttle to the beaches?
Yes, every day we have a free shuttle to Citara beach and one to Sant'Angelo. The return is scheduled for the afternoon.
Is there a restaurant in the hotel? Do you offer half board or full board?
Yes, our Paccheri & Carezze restaurant is open for breakfast from 8am to 11am, for lunch from 12.30pm to 2.15pm and for dinner from 7pm to 9.15pm. We offer an à la carte menu and a fixed price menu of the day.
How much does half board cost?
Half board costs €25 per person, full board €50 per person (excluding drinks). Includes 2 courses of your choice from the menu of the day. It is not necessary to book it in advance!
I have food intolerances or allergies, do you offer alternative products?
Yes, our cuisine is attentive to all the needs of each of our customers. Both for breakfast and for lunch and dinner you will find everything you need. Don't hesitate to ask us for specific products for your diet.
How many pools are there? Temperature?
We have 3 outdoor swimming pools, two with hot thermal water around 35 degrees and one with cold water around 20 degrees. Inside there is a swimming pool with hydromassages and hot thermal water.
Is there a SPA or wellness center in the hotel?
Yes, our SPA offers a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, emotional showers and a cervical waterfall. Furthermore, there is an indoor swimming pool with thermal water and the possibility of having massages upon reservation. Use of the SPA is included for all our guests. For security reasons, access is permitted to those over 16 years of age.
